Travel Health Advice Tailored to Your Trip
Every destination carries different health risks, and the protection you need depends on where you are going and your individual health history. At Robertsons Pharmacy, our trained travel health advisors assess your specific itinerary and recommend the right vaccinations and preventative treatments for your journey.
We recommend booking your travel consultation at least six to eight weeks before departure to allow time for vaccinations to take effect. Contact us today to arrange your appointment.

From hepatitis A and typhoid to yellow fever and rabies, we offer a comprehensive range of travel vaccinations to protect you against the health risks associated with your destination. We also provide prescription antimalarial tablets for travel to malaria-risk regions, with clear guidance on how and when to take them.

What to expect from your travel health consultation.
We recommend booking at least six to eight weeks before your departure date. Some vaccines require a course of injections given over several weeks, and others need time to build full immunity. If your trip is sooner, contact us as soon as possible, as we may still be able to help.
We offer a wide range of travel vaccinations, including hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, tetanus, diphtheria, polio, meningitis, rabies, and Japanese encephalitis. Availability may vary, so we recommend contacting us ahead of your visit to confirm what is required for your destination.
Some travel vaccinations are available free on the NHS, including hepatitis A, typhoid, and cholera for certain destinations. Others, such as yellow fever and rabies, are only available privately. During your consultation, our team will advise you on which vaccines are NHS-funded and which are chargeable.
